I’m a customer experience designer fusing CX management and UX thinking. Thanks to a startup background, I am the queen of lean and creative solutions. I helped scale Tasting Room from a six-month-old pipe dream to the second largest wine club in the U.S. Along the way, I realized that the problems I couldn’t solve for my customers were often related to product usability and interface. It drove me nuts, so I got certified in user experience design. Now I help businesses with user research, content strategy, website and mobile design.
